What One Yearly Membership Gets You

Child ($299/year, age 13 & under): two cleanings and checkups, a fluoride treatment, routine x-rays, and one emergency exam. Additional young family members are just $274/year.
Adult ($421/year, age 14 & up): two cleanings and checkups, oral cancer screenings, routine x-rays, and one emergency exam. Additional adult family members are $380/year.
Perio ($542/year, age 14 & up): three periodontal maintenance cleanings, two exams with screenings, routine x-rays, and one emergency exam. Built for patients managing gum health.

Every plan includes 15% off other procedures done at our practice — fillings, crowns, bridges, root canals, and more.

Is it really worth it if I only go twice a year? Yes. The Adult and Child plans already include your two cleanings and exams for the year, plus x-rays and an emergency exam. If you ever need anything beyond that, your 15% discount kicks in automatically.

Can my whole family be on it? Absolutely. You can mix and match plans for kids and adults, and additional family members join at a reduced rate — $274/year for additional children and $380/year for additional adults.
