COVID-19

COVID-19

We are committed to keeping our patients safe and continue to follow CDC guidelines. The safety and health of our patients has always been our number one priority.

We respectfully ask that you wear a cloth mask before walking through our front door (our front desk employees will also be wearing a mask for your and their protection).

When you arrive, if you see another patient standing at the front desk, please simply wait outside the glass door until the area has opened up.
You will be asked to sign in at the front desk using one of our sanitized pens. We will be minimizing the number of people in the waiting room and there should never be a time when you are within six feet of another patient.

  • We have hand sanitizer that we will ask you to use when you enter the office. You will also find some in the reception area and other places in the office for you to use as needed.
  • You may see that our waiting room will no longer offer magazines, and so forth, since those items are difficult to clean and disinfect.
  • Appointments will be managed to allow for social distancing between patients.
  • Between patients/appointments, each operatory /chair will be wiped down and sanitized following CDC and OSHA protocol.
  • It is to our advantage that we’ve always been a small dental practice thus only scheduling one patient per hour. Please know, we will be enforcing this. If emergencies call us and we need to see you then we will attempt to make arrangements to see you before the day starts or after the day ends to accommodate our emergencies and to keep everyone safe.

Chester Springs Dental has invested in the ADS EOS Dental Extraoral Suction System that is designed to significantly reduce aerosols during your hygiene visit.

The EOS suction system-Aerosols and Droplets annihilator is designed and engineered to reduce droplet and aerosol spray that is an innate part of dental care. During dental procedures, Droplets and Aerosols are passed on to the dentist and staff’s bodies. Patient care and the safety and health of the staff and the dentist is paramount, for the elimination of blood, aerosols and fine liquid particles. All of which are annihilated by the ADS EOS extraoral dental suction system.
